TREX-MF TABLET is a combination of Tranexamic Acid (500mg) and Mefenamic Acid (250mg) formulated to effectively manage menstrual disorders and painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea).

Tranexamic Acid helps reduce excessive menstrual bleeding by promoting blood clot stability, while Mefenamic Acid, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), provides powerful relief from menstrual cramps, pain, and inflammation. Together, they offer dual action—reducing heavy bleeding and relieving pain for improved comfort during menstruation.
