SILFIRE CREAM is a topical antimicrobial and soothing burn cream designed for the treatment and prevention of infections in burns, wounds, and minor skin injuries. The synergistic action of Silver Sulphadiazine, Lignocaine Hydrochloride, and Chlorhexidine Gluconate provides both antibacterial protection and pain relief, ensuring faster healing and comfort.

• Silver Sulphadiazine (1.0% w/w): A potent topical antibacterial agent that prevents and controls infection in burn wounds by acting against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

• Lignocaine Hydrochloride (2.0% w/w): Provides local anesthetic action, reducing pain, burning, and discomfort associated with wounds and burns.

• Chlorhexidine Gluconate (0.2% w/w): A disinfectant that helps to cleanse the wound area and prevent bacterial contamination, supporting a sterile healing environment.

SILFIRE CREAM is highly effective in first- and second-degree burns, minor cuts, abrasions, and post-surgical wounds. It promotes faster tissue repair while offering soothing pain relief.
