PAZOSET-DSR CAPSULE is a dual-action anti-ulcerant and prokinetic formulation that effectively treats acid-related gastrointestinal disorders such as GERD, gastritis, and acid indigestion. It combines the acid-suppressing action of Pantoprazole with the sustained-release motility-enhancing effect of Domperidone to deliver complete gastrointestinal relief.

Mechanism of Action:

• Pantoprazole (40 mg): A proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that suppresses gastric acid secretion by blocking the H⁺/K⁺ ATPase enzyme system in stomach lining cells. This helps heal ulcers and prevents reflux symptoms.

• Domperidone IP (30 mg SR): A sustained-release dopamine antagonist that improves gastric motility, enhances esophageal peristalsis, and prevents nausea, vomiting, and bloating.
