MONSET-XL TABLET

MONSET-XL TABLET combines three potent ingredients that work synergistically to manage upper and lower respiratory tract conditions associated with allergy, asthma, and bronchitis.

Mechanism of Action:

• Levocetirizine Hydrochloride IP (5 mg): An antihistamine that alleviates sneezing, watery eyes, itching, and runny nose.

• Montelukast Sodium IP (10 mg): A leukotriene receptor antagonist that reduces airway inflammation, bronchoconstriction, and mucus production.

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride IP (75 mg): A mucolytic agent that thins and loosens mucus, making it easier to cough out and clear the airways.
