MEDKUFF-XT Drops is a well-balanced pediatric formulation used to treat productive cough, bronchitis, and respiratory congestion. It helps loosen thick mucus, relieves airway obstruction, and reduces coughing frequency for easier breathing.

Mechanism of Action:

• Ambroxol Hydrochloride (7.5 mg): Acts as a mucolytic agent that liquefies thick sputum, helping in easy expulsion and clearing the respiratory tract.

• Terbutaline Sulphate (0.25 mg): A bronchodilator that relaxes airway muscles and helps open air passages for smooth breathing.

• Guaiphenesin (12.5 mg): Works as an expectorant to thin and loosen mucus, reducing chest congestion effectively.
