MEDCOLIC DROPS is a highly effective anti-spasmodic and anti-flatulent formulation designed to relieve abdominal pain, bloating, and gas in infants and children. It combines the benefits of Dicyclomine Hydrochloride IP and Simethicone IP to provide fast and gentle relief from colic and digestive discomfort.

How It Works:

• Dicyclomine Hydrochloride IP acts as an antispasmodic, relaxing the smooth muscles of the stomach and intestines, thereby reducing cramps and abdominal pain.

• Simethicone IP helps break up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, making it easier to expel gas and relieve bloating.

Indications:

• Infantile colic (stomach pain due to gas)

• Abdominal cramps and bloating

• Excessive gas and indigestion

• Flatulence and gastrointestinal discomfort
