ZONET-SB INJECTION is a powerful combination antibiotic containing Ceftriaxone Sodium (equivalent to Anhydrous Ceftriaxone 1000mg) and Sulbactam Sodium 500mg. Ceftriaxone is a third-generation cephalosporin that kills bacteria by inhibiting cell wall synthesis, while Sulbactam acts as a beta-lactamase inhibitor that prevents bacterial resistance, enhancing the efficacy of Ceftriaxone.
Usage: This combination is used for the treatment of severe bacterial infections such as respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, intra-abdominal infections, skin and soft tissue infections, bone and joint infections, septicemia, and post-surgical infections. It is administered intramuscularly or intravenously under medical supervision.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Protect from light and moisture. Reconstitute only before use and discard any unused solution.
