MEDCID GEL is a fast-acting antacid and anti-flatulent formulation designed to provide effective relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gas, and bloating. It combines the neutralizing power of Aluminium Hydroxide, Magnesium Hydroxide, and Magnesium Trisilicate with Simethicone, which helps relieve gas-related discomfort for long-lasting stomach comfort.

How It Works:

• Aluminium Hydroxide (300 mg): Neutralizes excess stomach acid and provides a soothing protective layer on the stomach lining.

• Magnesium Hydroxide (100 mg): Acts as an antacid and mild laxative, balancing the constipating effect of aluminium salts.

• Magnesium Trisilicate (150 mg): Neutralizes gastric acid and forms a protective coating to prevent irritation of the stomach lining.

• Simethicone (25 mg): Breaks up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, relieving bloating and flatulence.
