MEDCID GEL is a fast-acting antacid and anti-flatulent formulation designed to provide effective relief from acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gas, and bloating. It combines the neutralizing power of Aluminium Hydroxide IP, Magnesium Trisilicate IP and Magnesium Hydroxide IP with Simethicone IP, which helps relieve gas-related discomfort for long-lasting stomach comfort.

How It Works:

• Aluminium Hydroxide IP (300 mg): Neutralizes excess stomach acid and provides a soothing protective layer on the stomach lining.

• Magnesium Trisilicate IP (150 mg): Neutralizes gastric acid and forms a protective coating to prevent irritation of the stomach lining.

• Magnesium Hydroxide IP (100 mg): Acts as an antacid and mild laxative, balancing the constipating effect of aluminium salts.

• Simethicone IP (25 mg): Breaks up gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines, relieving bloating and flatulence.
