RB SET-DSR CAPSULE is a dual-action formulation that offers complete gastrointestinal relief. The combination of a Proton Pump Inhibitor (PPI) and a Prokinetic agent targets the root cause of gastric distress—excess acid production and delayed gastric emptying.

Mechanism of Action:

• Rabeprazole Sodium IP (20 mg): A proton pump inhibitor that reduces gastric acid secretion by blocking the H+/K+ ATPase enzyme in the stomach lining. This helps in healing ulcers and preventing acid-related damage.

• Domperidone IP (30 mg): A dopamine antagonist that enhances gastrointestinal motility, reducing nausea, bloating, and vomiting. It promotes faster stomach emptying, improving digestion and comfort.
