DOPOX-O Tablet is a potent synergistic formulation of two well-established antibiotics—Cefpodoxime, a third-generation cephalosporin, and Ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. Together, they offer broad-spectrum coverage against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, making the formulation effective in treating complex and resistant infections.

• Cefpodoxime (200mg): Inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, leading to cell death and elimination of infection.

• Ofloxacin (200mg): Inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial replication and repair.
