ZITHOR-500 Tablet belongs to the macrolide class of antibiotics and works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, thereby stopping the growth and multiplication of infection-causing bacteria. It provides long-lasting antibacterial coverage, making it one of the most trusted antibiotics for both acute and chronic infections.

It is indicated for the treatment of:

• Upper and lower respiratory tract infections (pharyngitis, tonsillitis, bronchitis, pneumonia)
